This is a reminder our next meeting will take place on March 21st.
The schedule for the day will be roughly as follows:
10am – 10:30am Business.
10:30am – 12:30pm Critiquing of member’s writing
12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch
1:30pm – 4pm Critiquing of member’s writing
The meeting will take place in the Plaskett Room at New West Library. Please bring between 8 – 10 copies of an example of your writing (maximum 1000 words) for the rest of the group to critique. One of these copies should be in a larger size font (at least 14 point).
If you know of anyone who would be interested in joining New West Writers, please do invite them along so they can see how we conduct our meetings.
As a reminder, if you want to be involved with the New West Writers blogs, don’t forget to create your own wordpress account and set up a profile as per the instructions in Patrick’s email of February 24th entitled ‘Filling out your WordPress.com profile completely’.
Please send your book marketing ideas to David Hutchison by March 20th, 2015. We can set aside some time at a future meeting to discuss the ideas provided by the whole group.
